I create health and wellness content for women over 35 who are navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause, and everything that comes with it: mood shifts, stress, sleep, burnout, and mental health. My content is real, relatable, and rooted in what actually helps.
Nervous system regulation is at the heart of what I share, along with natural and herbal remedies, supplements, and the simple daily habits that help women feel calm and confident in their bodies again.
I'm a holistic wellness nurse with 24 years as an RN, so I bridge both worlds. I can speak to clinical products with real authority, and I have a natural gift for representing herbal, plant based, and natural products in a way that feels trustworthy.
